Then we asked to be moved, they sent up a very rude maintenance person, who wanted to fix it while we were in the room and told us they won't move our room. They put us in a broken room 1008, electrical outlet hanging out of wall with exposed wires, fridge did not work, ceiling fan broken, phone headset broken, coffee maker broken, shower handle fell off and ac unit had high pitched squeal.
